Child’s Pose: This Yoga pose involves lying on the floor and resting the forehead on the floor with your bottom between heels. The hands are on the floor palms down and above the head.  It also has a chest expanding effect

Corpse Pose: This Yoga pose involves lying on the floor with the body and hands facing upwards. Breathe deeply and stretch the body out.

Yoga Exercises to Avoid While Pregnant

Some Yoga poses should avoided as they may lead to injuries during pregnancy. Such types of yoga exercises include jumps, twists, inversions, pranayama, back bending, ashtanga and abdominal work.
