What makes it unique is that there is a fixed series of twenty-six postures which are practiced each and every time. These postures involve thirteen standing postures, and thirteen sitting postures.
What Is Better Between The Two?
Basically, the only difference between hot yoga and Bikram yoga is the fact that in Bikram yoga, the series of poses are strictly defined. For hot yoga classes, your yogini can design the series of poses and can adjust it to suit the class.

If you prefer a fixed series of postures then Bikram yoga may be a good idea for you but if you prefer a practice that is more flexible, then other hot yoga classes would be a good solution.
