I have been studying, practicing,loving and teaching yoga for 11 years. Nursing and midwifery knowledge of anatomy and physiology has been helpful. I teach classical yoga with asanas as taught by BKS Iyengar integrated with philosophy and breath awareness. I practice and teach yoga for joy.
