Bernadette hold classes for students of mixed ability. She also specialises in Pregnancy Yoga, Mum & Baby yoga, Baby Yoga & Massage & Well Woman Yoga & Birth Preparation workshops. She is a qualified massage therapist, including pregnancy massage & Indian Head Massage, Baby Massage Instruction & is a Reiki master.   Suitable for women from 28/30 weeks pregnant and over. Asanas suitable & relevant to the last trimester are taught along with lots of preparation for labour such as mapping your own pelvis in order to understand which positions are likely to be more suitable for your particular body, using the birthing ball, feeding your baby, optimal fetal positioning, theory of perineal massage and much more.Book via website
Thursday 10:30 am - 11:30 am baby yoga, massage & more
  For babies up to 7 months and adult carer. Learn a complete, effective baby massage routine plus yoga based passive stretches to perform on your baby; ideal complements to each other, stimulating all body systems and helping to improve digestion, respiration, relaxation and to improve sleep.   Brand new class offered by senior BWY teacher for women only.Emphasis is on practices which help with balancing hormone levels, reduce stress and anxiety, help in managing some of the symptoms of menopause, prolapse, pms/pmt, tension/migraine headaches as well as muscular/skeletal issues.   Suitable for steady sitters, crawlers, toddlers and children up to four years with an adult carer. Dads, grandads, grandmas are welcome as well as mums.
