I am trained to teach hatha yoga so my classes follow the traditional pattern of gentle stretches working towards a wide range of traditional postures and sequences, with the emphasis on working at one's own level. I am also very interested in the chakras and the use of asanas to maximise the body's natural energies. come to one of my classes and you will want to return.
