Charles has been teaching yoga for over twenty years and runs classes in Alsager, Congleton, Holmes Chapel and Sandbach in South Cheshire.
All classes are designed for 'mixed ability' groups and one-to-one sessions are available for advanced students or for treating specific difficulties that can't be dealt with fully in a group situation
