FULL DESCRIPTION OF LISTING
I have students of all ages and abilities in my classes and am able to give individual attention and suggest modifications of poses when necessary. Props are used not only to make poses easier for beginners, but in some cases, more "interesting" and challenging for seasoned students. Restorative classes are offered as well, providing an opportunity for deep relaxation.
