Shawna Sershon, 200 RYT, is a locally celebrated yoga instructor known for her passionate, creative, and inspirational style of teaching that incorporates both the physical and spiritual aspects of yoga practice. A former telecommunications executive and non-profit fundraiser found yoga a powerful tool in healing not only from prior sports injuries but a sense of balance in a very hetic corporate life. Teaching yoga allows transformation through authentic connection and a clarity of spirit to create an inner journey towards healing, self awareness, acceptance and empowerment.
