Kelly teaches Hatha Yoga to individuals of all levels of experience in the McHenry County area. Trained by the Himylayan Institute, Kelly completed 200-certification in May 2009. Asasna (poses), pranayama (breath work) and relaxation and meditation are the focus of practice. Groups and individuals are welcome.
