Located just off I-90/94 and Division blue line. Bring your students for yoga, meditation, sound therapy, fitness or t’ai chi privates or classes in this gorgeous space, 2000 sq. ft. includes wood floors, kitchen, bathroom (w/shower) and back porch. Rear studio space is removed from the street and beautifully lit. Two shelving units and 10 yoga mats available for your use. Cleaning supplies, storage, luxury massage chair and exposed brick make this loft perfect for your classes. Ideal location in Wicker Park / West Town with easy street parking and the option to rent additional parking. Our facility is covered by an insurance policy for fitness practices, which will cover you as an instructor. You must provide proof of teaching certification in your field.
Rent per month: $2500
Rent options per month:
1 day/week: $600
2 days/week: $1000
3 days/week: $1600
If you choose to rent 1 day each week for an entire month you must choose the same day each week (i.e. every Monday). Renting by day may mean you will be sharing the studio space with other teachers using the facility on alternate days. Cleaning after your classes and leaving the space ready for the next teacher will be essential. Rent must be paid at the first of the month with a security deposit of 1/2 the cost of your rent. Security deposit minus damages will be returned upon completion of facility use.
If you rent by month, you must pay first month’s rent upfront plus a $2500 security deposit to be returned minus damages upon completion of facility use.
