We provide training for students from all levels using both traditional and contemporary methods of Yoga.Our
system is unique and an integrative approach developed by Mr.Santhosh Kumar and Sujata.S.Kumar based on
B.K.S Iyengar and different systems of the Indian University approach.

Our system (Asana and Pranayama) is mainly based on two schools of yoga.

1.Dynamic type of the Hatha Yoga:

Utilizes speed , repitions, maintenance with strength(isometric).This system is effective on muscular,circulatory,
respiratory,nervous,glandular systems.This type of yoga is very much suitable for children,lethargic,tamas people

2.Relaxing type on the principles laid down by Patanjali in his yoga aphorisms (vasishta yoga): The aim of this system is to develop an inner awareness and unfold the higher levelsof consciousness.It results in deep relaxation and energy conservation,freshness.This is basically a nerve culture as it calms down the nerves .

A building needs a very good foundation to stand longtime without any damage.Likewise a yoga practisioner has
to be based on a good on a goodfoundation in all the way to progress and achieve in yogafield. This foundation
course provides good base to practisioner in all the layers of the body,prepares nervous system, stretches,
strengthens muscular system,increases flexibility,firmness in the posture and stability in the mind. Through this
foundation course one will get fitness,mental peacefullness, required spirit and confidence.

A intermediate student can take advance yoga practise.It mailnly works on hip openeing,back bending,hand
balance,head balance and advance pranayama techniques with Bandhas(tribandha),mudras.

there are no opputunities.Thus this institution is trying to initiate and train yoga teachers
traditionally to pass Patanjalis message from generation to generation in its level best to fulfill
their needs.

Everybody can practise this course.If they are internediate students it will be good provided they have very good interests and ambitions
in this field to express their their creativity and capacity.Our Teacher Training Course is divided into parts to fulfill the
expectations of YogaDarshanam to train our students,teachers in five directions(panchamuchi).

Santhosh kumar chain yoga 1. Linking Asanas. This is a part of yoga getting lot of popularity throughout the world.It has three stages like beginners,intermediate and advance stage. It includes Mudra, Bhandh, Relaxation and different kinds of Asanas.It is a body breath mind co-ordination. Breath is co-ordinated in between every asanas.The practise will be like movements of a chain without stop. This method is developed scientifically depending on human anatomy and three kinds of exercises which a body needs at any age. 1. Cardiovascular - yogic exercises :- Sunsalutation, Dynamic asanas. 2. Resistance - yogic exercises :- Leg balance,hand balance,head balance. 3. Stretching - yogic exercises :- Asanas, stretching. Benefits :- * improves high level concentration * Reduces overweight * Increases flexibility very soon * Works as pranayama * Deep body awareness and consciousness * Releases toxins,stress,tention etc. Couple yoga/partner yoga Students can join to couple yoga practise to increase intimation,love,personal relationship.This practise co- ordinates minds of the two partners.
