Daya Laure Carter
|
Laure Carter, affectionately called “Dayalo” by her yoga community, is a Massage Therapist, a Reiki Practitioner, and a Certified Holistic Health Counselor from the Institute Of Integrative Nutrition. When in 2005 Laure’s Teacher and Mentor, Jessica Unmani King introduced her to Forrest Yoga , she was able to take her yoga life practice to the next level. Thereafter she trained as a Forrest style Yoga Teacher under the love and guidance of Unmani. “The pillars of Forrest Yoga are Breath, Strength, Integrity and Spirit; this practice as it is taught by Unmani, has enabled me to connect to my spiritual, emotional and physical core like nothing else before! And finally be comfortable in my own skin and love the life I live!” In 2008, Carter became a Certified Sedona Method One-on-One Coach Level I and expanded her coaching with the Release Into Peace Process. She uses RIPP to support the release of emotions and programs that are bound to come up to the surface when one is on a journey as integral and profound as Yoga. Laure’s work is inspired by Living Compassion: Daya in Sanskrit.
