The Australian School of Meditation and Yoga is a non-profit organization with centres in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth. We run many programs around the Gold Coast at Mermaid Beach, Burleigh, Mudgeeraba, Robina, Nerang and Southport. For a list of all our programs please visit our website.

Each lifestyle centre is run by qualified teachers who offer relaxed and personable instruction incorporating asanas, meditation, diet, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques for a holistic yoga experience.

The programmes of the ASMY are simple and enjoyable and can benefit everybody regardless of age or current physical condition. Our goal is to guide you to a more balanced lifestyle with an increased sense of wellbeing and vitality as your body grows stronger and more flexible, your mind calm—and bring a greater sense of ‘sacredness’ into daily life.

Monday 9:30 am - 10:30 am Stretch and Relax
  This class features half an hour of gentle stretching followed by half an hour of relaxation and makes it very easy to relieve tension in the body and the mind. You will leave feeling alive and with a sense of peace and inner calm. Please bring two towels for your comfort.
  10:45 am - 11:30 am Deep Peace Meditation
  Experience the deeply relaxing and restorative effect of Yoga Relaxation and Mantra Meditation. These ancient yoga practices can help you overcome stress, anxieties, relieving tension and calming the mind. This is 45 minutes of bliss. It feels wonderful and is the perfect rest and recuperation after a hard day’s work. This class will transport you to a place of pure relaxation of mind, body and heart.
  5:30 pm - 6:15 pm Deep Peace Meditation
  Experience the deeply relaxing and restorative effect of Yoga Relaxation and Mantra Meditation. These ancient yoga practices can help you overcome stress, anxieties, relieving tension and calming the mind. This is 45 minutes of bliss. It feels wonderful and is the perfect rest and recuperation after a hard day’s work. This class will transport you to a place of pure relaxation of mind, body and heart.
