I offer individual and small group Yoga classes in my home studio or in the comfort of your home. We will work slowly with your level of ability through warm ups and then work on each pose individually to become attuned to the pose as it fits your body. Working with the breath and learning how to "Be in the Moment" you will find your inner peace on the mat and learn how to carry it through into your everyday life.
