When you have enough sleep your immune system is strong, and all body systems work well to support you.

Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, strengthens the nervous system, reducing stress and producing physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual strength.
Balancing body and mind enables you to experience the clarity, strength and divinity of your soul.
No previous experience of yoga is necessary for you to participate.
