Jackie Pinho
|
Jackie has been teaching Yoga since August 2002. She is a certified instructor through At One Yoga in Scottsdale, Arizona with 200 hours of extensive training. Jackie has studied different styles including Ashtanga, Bikram, Anusara and Power. Her teaching style synchronizes breathing with movement where postures flow from one to another. Jackie incorporates flexibility, strength, balance and meditation elements into every class. She believes anyone can benefit from Yoga and creates a safe and inviting space for her students to learn and grow. Jackie has been married for 22 years and has two wonderful children. Jackie is a member of the Arizona Yoga Association and is registered with the Yoga Alliance. She continues to study Yoga and grow as a teacher and a student.
