In Dakini Yoga each student receives personal attention in a class environment with their issues so that he/she may develop into aware yogis and yoginis. It is based on Classical Rishi Culture Yoga from South India (Gitananda).

Yoga Master Zena Ursuliak
Yoga Master Zena Ursuliak
Zena is an Honourary Member of the World Yoga Council of the International Yoga Federation. She is a Senior Teacher for the Yoga Association of Alberta who is highly respected for her almost 40 years of teaching yoga. She lived and studied yoga in India for over eight years and holds many honorary yoga titles which she received in India.
Class Schedules
Monday 9:00 am - 10:00 am Morning Yoga, Bedouin
  A great way to start the week! Stretch with Hatha Yoga and work at your own pace - a gentle approach to improve your health and beauty.
  5:30 pm - 7:00 pm Beginner Yoga, Windsor Park
  Treat your Self to a new appreciation of your body by stretching with Hatha Yoga. Learn to breathe better and relax deeper in a fun and safe atmosphere.
  7:15 pm - 8:45 pm Advanced Yoga
  For those who have an established yoga practice. We go more deeply into Pranayama, Mudras, Meditation and self awareness.
 
Tuesday 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm Gentle Yoga, downtown
  A gentle approach to taking better care of your Self. Learn to align your posture and stretch with Hatha Yoga. Yoga breathing and simple meditation will be introduced.
 
Wednesday 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm Mom & Baby Yoga
  Time for Mom to strengthen her abs and get back in shape. Time for baby to stretch and be massaged. A fun time to meet other Moms and take care of you.
  6:00 pm - 7:30 pm Gentle Yoga - St. Albert
  A gentle way to take care of your Self. Stretch with Hatha Yoga and learn yoga breathing along with an intro to meditation.
 
Thursday 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm Prenatal Yoga, Bedouin
  Get ready for baby in a supportive yoga class that helps to open your hips, center you and prepares your body and mind for the new family you are about to have! Meet and have fun with other pregnant women.
