My background is varied and includes Iyengar, Sivananda, Ganga White, and many others. I have been teaching for more than 35 years with an emphasis on working with people with special needs, such as arthritis, MS, fibromyalgia, cancer, Lyme disease,etc.. I produced two DVDs through Mobility Ltd. “Yoga for Arthritis and Related Conditions” and “Yoga for MS” and my book “Yoga for Fibromyalgia: Move, Breathe & Relax to Improve Your Qualilty of Life” for Rodmell Press came out in 2008
