My style of yoga is personal to your needs. If you need an invigorating practice then that is what will be prescribed for you. If you need a gentle practice or a stress management practice, it will be determined and put together for you. Each individual has different yoga needs on an ongoing basis. Your practice should always reflect the desired outcome of where you are at 'now'.
I teach all levels. I teach privately and am available in the Mississauga area and GTA. Prices vary depending on whether I come to you or you come to me.
I also teach group classes, provide corporate wellness breaks for events - I conduct yoga therapy lessons to all these venues. I offer workshops, public speaking and exercise breaks at events. Visit the website to see what I offer as a corporate provider.
