CYT Elaine Tutte offers Hatha Yoga classes for all levels. Classes are offered with a sense of compassion and a definate sense of humor. We learn to listen to our bodies and settle into a place of mercy and care. Variations are offered to enable you to explore the postures as deeply as you wish. Elaine has over 15 years yoga experience and received her teaching certification through the renowned yoga teacher Shakti Mhi of Prana Yoga.
