SUNDAYS 10:30AM-12:00PM - IYENGAR YOGA 112 Jones Ave. (just below Dundas)
TUESDAYS 7:30-9:00 PM - CANDLE LIGHT RESTORATIVE YOGA - 112 Jones Ave. (Please RSVP your attendance)
WEDNESDAYS 7:30-9:00 PM - ASHTANGA VINYASA - St. John's Presbyterian Church
SUMMER & PARK YOGA SCHEDULE:
SAT. 10 – 11 AM in Riverdale Park ( south-end by the statue of Dr. Sun Yat-Sen)
SUN. 9:30 – 10:30 AM in Greenwood Park (off Alton Ave., NW end of soccer field)
SUN 11 AM- NOON in Withrow Park. (off Carlaw Ave. south-end of soccer field)
*Park Yoga is free but donations are gratefully accepted

PRIVATE INSTRUCTION: Sessions last approx 1 hour and 15 min. and the focusis on pretty much whatever you wish it to be; personal problem areas, specific postures that you would like to develope strength in, or simply enjoying the benefits of individual attention to your progress in the privacy of your own home at a time that is most convenient for you. Meditation instruction may be included upon request.
The occasional private class is an ideal way to deepen and advance one's personal practice and provides the freedom to explore and express yourself in a manner that not feel comfortable doing within a group setting.
