The workshops are suitable for both beginners and more experienced yoga students; everyone will work within their own capability with attentive instruction and correction. We will be practising standing, sitting and inverted as well as restful and restorative postures. You will be able to build up a strong foundation for your own practise.

I studied yoga for the first time in Germany in 1994. I started my teacher training with the Light on Yoga Association when I moved to London, obtaining the Iyengar yoga teaching diploma in 2001 just before moving to Italy.
I continued to further my spiritual and professional training with various Italian and foreign teachers and continually deepened my own personal yoga abilities. I spent November and December 2004 at the RIMYI in Puna/India to take part in the classes of the Iyengar family.
