A calm and tranquil oasis in the midst of metro Niagara. Located on the main street of Thorold, Ontario (yoga classes close to St Catharines, Welland, Niagara Falls, Fonthill) in a dedicated practice room. Classes offered six days a week, morning and evenings. Taught by compassionate, professional teachers with an emphasis on yoga being accessible for "every body". Special events include workshops, seminars, meditation classes and cooking classes.
Style of yoga is considered hatha based, with an emphasis on alignment, breath and flow of postures. Beginners welcomed anytime. Many versions of each posture are offered so practitioners of all levels can be challenged and also practise at their personal comfort level. Specialty classes like beginner, pilates, mom & baby, back care and better sleep are part of our regular program.
