Harmony Yoga Pilates Studio is located in S.W. Calgary, offering classes for all ages (preschool to adult)and for all levels (beginner to advanced). A variety of classes are offered (Hatha Yoga, Meditation, Mantra Yoga, Prenatal,Postnatal Yoga and Pilates/Yoga Fusion classes. Harmony also offers SOYA Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga Alliance at both the RYT200/500 Levels with Intensive Programs. Specialty classes and workshops are also offered.
