FULL DESCRIPTION OF LISTING
I currently run a range of classes from Mother and Baby Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga and children's yoga in schools as part of the Values Curriculum and adult evening classes. I teach in the Kashmir Yoga style with influences from Hatha to Ashtanga yoga. Kashmir yoga is an ancient technique which can be applied to all styles it's like meditation in motion. I also teach a more dynamic Ashtanga Style Yoga class
