Spirit Rising Yoga is a cosy yoga studio and yoga teacher training centre in the heart of Brisbane's lively and eclectic West End.
We offer transformative classes in Kundalini Yoga (as taught by Yogi Bhajan), Dynamic Hatha Yoga, and Kids Yoga classes as well as workshops and courses.
We also offer Level One Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training, and the Radiant Child Yoga Program, a certificate course in teaching yoga to children.
