Introduction: Yogi Pramod Ji was initiated into yoga by Swami Rama of the Himalaya 23 years ago and for last 13 years he's been teaching "Traditional Style Hatha Yoga" and "Indian Style of Asthanga Yoga".

Background: Yogi Pramod Ji's family background comes from ashram life. His parents were working at the Sivananda Ashram (the ultimate stage of practicing Yoga & Meditation in the world). He spent most of his childhood in the holy and pure atmosphere of Sivananda Ashram which gave him a sense of knowing his true self and working for the mankind. He started practicing Yoga at the age of 6 under the guidance of his elder brother who happened to be a Yoga Teacher.

At Yoga Hut - Tapovan we offer several courses with deep explanation of yogic tradition and enriched with all the traditional yogic disciplines. Our motto is not to gather the crowd but to help only five student at one time , therefore our courses size are limited to five student only, as our teacher Yogi-Pramod says that “yoga as exercise works for every physical self but very few actually understand yoga as a holistic ritual to the growth of soul or self, where yoga is not only a religious, physical or must do activity but a path of peace ,joy, and purity of self , the work of it is like a divine prayer to wake the haven in us and to enjoy it here in this life”.
