Sunday 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm Kripalu Yoga by Donation
  Kripalu Certified Yoga teacher, Heather Philip, has graciously offered to lead an ongoing Sunday afternoon class, with any donation, small or large, going to a selected charity each month. Please accept our invitation and come enliven your community and yourself through the practice of yoga. Your contribution to this practice may be any free-will offering of cash, service to others or generosity of spirit.
 
Monday 6:00 pm - 7:15 pm Mixed Level Yoga with Karen Pierce
  This mixed level class in the Viniyoga tradition is appropriate for both beginners and advanced yogis. It will challenge you physically, enrich you spiritually and increase your flexibility and well-being. This class is specifically designed to help you create space in your body, allowing you to move in ways that you thought you could not. This class is designed for every-body with lots of modifications so poses feel good and come naturally and easily.
  7:30 pm - 9:00 pm Intro to Yoga with Gloria or Heather
  f you've never tried yoga, or would like a refresher on the basics, this is the class for you! Kripalu Certified Yoga instructors, Gloria Owens and Heather Philip, make learning yoga safe, fun and accessible in this class geared especially for beginners. They teach the fundamentals of breathing and alignment in basic yoga poses, gently guiding each student to access their inner grace, strength, balance and wisdom.
 
Tuesday 9:30 am - 11:00 am Anusara-Inspired Yoga with Mary Gerdes
  Anusara means "flowing with Grace." A heart-oriented and spiritually inspiring style of yoga, Anusara is grounded in the Universal Principles of Alignment for both the inner and the outer body. Through vigorous poses, specific alignement, keen self awareness, and attention to energy, Anusara students will find themselves tapped into a river of Grace. All levels welcome.
  4:00 pm - 5:15 pm Stress-Buster Yoga with Dina Ferrante
  An eclectic mixed-level class that teaches postures, yoga flows and breathing techniques to help students transform stress. Guided visualizations and a deep relaxation at the end of the class will leave you feelings restored, refreshed and ready to face the world.
  6:00 pm - 7:15 pm Intro to Yoga with Lisa
  If you've never tried yoga, or would like a refresher on the basics, this is the class for you! Certified teacher Lisa Rosenthal makes learning yoga safe, fun and accessible in this class geared especially for beginners. She teach the fundamentals of breathing and alignment in basic yoga poses, gently guiding each student to access their inner grace, strength, balance and wisdom.
  7:30 pm - 8:45 pm Tai Chi & Chi Gong with Susan
  This class combines the ancient practices of Tai Chi (moving meditation) and Chi Gong (flowing energy) to promote health, strength, and tranquility. Teacher Susan Bradley is a long time scholar, practitioner and teacher of this ancient Eastern Art of healing and self defense. Appropriate for all bodies and levels of experience.
 
Wednesday 9:30 am - 11:00 am Gentle Yoga with Natasha Raymond
  Ease into the middle of your week with this introduction to the "vinyasa flow" style of yoga. Flow gently through a series of poses, linked to the breath gradually building to a more challenging flow with plenty of opportunity for attention to alignment and detail and a deep relaxation. Leave with a strong, flexible and centered feeling. Beginners and seasoned students welcome.
  6:00 pm - 7:15 pm Level II Yoga with Natasha Raymond
  Join YogaSpace founder, Natasha Raymond, for a challenging mix of Kundalini Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga. An inspired class that will leave you feeling stretched-out, chilled-out and and out-of-this-world!
  7:30 pm - 9:00 pm Kripalu Yoga with Gloria Owens
  A well-rounded class for beginning & intermediate students that helps release chronic tension, activate energy, develop strength in the body, and cultivate inner focus and clear awareness. Classes include asanas (postures), pranayam (breathing techniques) as well as brief periods of meditation and/or relaxation. Compassionate self-acceptance is taught as an essential element of the practice, helping student let go of their judgemental mind as well as their stress.
 
Thursday 7:15 pm - 8:30 pm Vinyasa Yoga II with Jenny Schuck
  A vigorous vinyasa class full of variations on the Sun Salutation. This class constantly flows on the breath, creating graceful, meditative movement. Students are encouraged to find lightness in every pose, in every moment. Alignment cues and adjustments are offered throughout class to create a safe space in which students can explore consciousness and learn about yoga. Creative, fun and set to a wide variety of music, this class really grooves. Definitely a workout! Not for beginners.
 
Saturday 8:30 am - 10:00 am Level II Yoga with Natasha Raymond
  Join YogaSpace founder, Natasha Raymond, for a challenging mix of Kundalini Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga. An inspired class that will leave you feeling stretched-out, chilled-out and and out-of-this-world!
