Based on Kundalini Yoga, incorporating breath and movement, the MyYoga program at Funfit, allows the practitioner, whether it's a child or parent, to experience all the healing benefits of yoga, through an active, creative, fun, yet relaxing class. Props like hoops, balloons and balls are used to enhance success and add enthusiasm. Parents work with each child, to confirm the importance of physical activity for the family, help with postures and positions, as well as enjoying their own yogic experience in the class.
