Lotus Yoga Studio offers a variety of hatha yoga classes in a tranquil and beautiful setting. We specialize in pre- and postnatal yoga,yoga for teen girls, beginners and those who want to develop a lifelong yoga practice.
In addition we also offer Doula services, Lamaze Childbirth Education and coming soon, Peaceful Weightloss through Yoga.

Kelle White, RYT-500
|
Kelle White has received her advanced teacher training through Samatva Yoga. She is registered with the Yoga Alliance at the 500 hour level and is a Licensed and Registered Mamaste Prenatal and Postnatal teacher, as well as the creator of the Lotus Girl Yoga program for teens. She has specialized training in yoga for women, restorative yoga with Judith H. Lasater and Let's Play yoga for preschoolers and elementary aged students. She is a doula in training with DONA International and will be sitting for her Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator test this year. Kelle has experienced the transformational power of yoga in her own life by losing 150 pounds and maintaining the loss for over 5 years and will soon be offering Peaceful Weightloss through Yoga.
Kelle's warmth, compassion and humor shine through in all of her classes. She strives to live her yoga both on and off the mat.
