We are a non-profit organization teaching Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. We offer KRI certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training Level 1 and 2 as well as Pre-natal Yoga, Post-natal and Restorative Yogas in addition to our regular classes. Sadhana is held 365 days per year at 4-6:30am by donation as a basis for the Aquarian Kundalini Yoga practise. Once each year we host White Tantric Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan as well as many other workshops and courses that change monthly
