Wonderfully relaxing yet energising yoga for women at least 14 weeks pregnant. The two hour classes combine breath work, relaxation, stretching and dynamic yoga. Also, it's a great opportunity to get to know other mums-to-be. A must for all pregnant women! Daytime and evening classes available.

Adele Offland has been practising yoga for 11 years. Adele initially began her yoga training with the Institute of Iyengar yoga in Manchester and then trained with the Active Birth Centre in London, becoming an Associate of the Active Birth Centre. Adele also has a BSC Psychology; MSc Educational Research and a Diploma in Anatomy & Physiology.
