FULL DESCRIPTION OF LISTING
Jo qualified as a yoga teacher in 1987 with BWY. She has been teaching regularly since then around the southwest as well as abroad.
In 2002 she completed a Pranayama Teaching Course.
In 2005 she completed Donna Farhi's Teaching Course, and went on to study Restorative Yoga with Judith Lasater.
In 1997 she met Judith Morrison, and later that year, Dr. Robert Svoboda who kindled her interest in Ayurveda the sister science of yoga. Since that time Jo has studied, and been on several retreats, with him in England, Turkey, Spain and France.
In 2007 and 2008 Dr. Vasant Lad visited England and Jo was able to attend his retreats to deepen her understanding of Ayurveda.
Jo now teaches Introductory Ayurveda workshops in the southwest, as well as regular yoga days focussing on Restorative Yoga, Pranayama and Yoga Nidra.
