Babs is a very experienced teacher with students ages ranging from 6 weeks to 81 years. She aims to empower people in finding true health and fitness and to develop a deeper spiritual connection with themselves, whilst having fun with their yoga practice. Her lessons are clearly structured and her individual approach makes all classes accessible to everyone, regardless of age, sex, experience, or background.
