Monday 9:00 am - 10:30 am Hatha Yoga (General Yoga)
  Good for beginners and experienced students alike. No prior experience needed. A good into to Yoga for beginners and a nice practice for experienced Yogis.
  7:00 pm - 8:30 pm Ashtanga Primary Series
  Traditional Ashtanga Primary Series - no prior experience needed. Class held at Yoga Studio in Cromwell on Rt 3. Call Marcie for details and to register.
 
Tuesday 9:00 am - 10:15 am Styles vary
  Styles change every 7 weeks - no experience needed. Class held at Club Fitness USA on Upton Rd. in Colchester, CT. Call for details and to register.
  11:30 am - 12:30 pm Stretch and Tone
  For Seniors. No floor work. Light hand weights are used, but not necessary. No prior experience needed. Fun group!
 
Wednesday 7:00 pm - 8:15 pm Sytles Vary
  Styles vary every so many weeks - Ashtanga, Soft Ashtanga, Hot Yoga, Yoga for Back Care.

  A combination of Yoga and Pilates. More focus on the core muscle groups - abs, back, glutes, etc. plus stretching benefits of Yoga. No experience needed. Club Fitness USA, Upton Rd., Colchester, CT Call Marcie to register or with questions.
  11:30 am - 12:30 pm Stretch and Tone
  Good for Seniors or anyone who has difficulty standing too long or getting up and down on the floor. Exercises are done seated and standing. Small hand weights are recommended but not necessary. No experience needed!

  Styles vary every so many weeks - Ashtanga, Soft Ashtanga, Hot Yoga, Yoga for Back Care.

  The original Ashtanga Primary Series - no experience needed. Improves breathing, stamina, strength, balance, flexibility, concentration.
