HATHA classes are set at various levels enabling you to attend class with the same level of student. Beginners, Intermediate & Advanced hatha yoga classes incorporate one kundalini yoga class per month and adhoc flow yoga for an all round well balanced practise.
KUNDALINI YOGA AS PER YOGI BHAJAN offered once per month within hatha yoga classes and also two other dedicated classes per week.
CHILDREN'S YOGA both pre-school and 4-10yrs classes please check web site for further information.
