Description: Prenatal yoga for pregnancy and childbirth, and weekend workshops for couples in childbirth preparation with movement and breath. Also offered are classes in Kripalu yoga and yoga nidra meditation. Clearlight Gerald (MA, E-RYT 500) has been joyfully teaching these classes for ten years. The Yogapsace Studio is located next to metro Vendome in the NDG/Westmount area of Montreal (east of Decarie, corner Northcliffe and de Maisonneuve West).
