Greetings and Namaste'
I am happy that you are interested in my classes. I teach a very traditional, very gentle and compassionate style of yoga. My classes are geared toward all bodies, all abilities. The most important thing you can do is breathe :-D So, if you are looking for a strenuous, or aerobic yoga class, you won't find it here. I teach a meditative Yoga, that will leave you feeling refreshed and blissful. HOpe to see you in class soon :-)
