January 25-28, 2012 – Moving Into Silence: Yoga & the Dharma
January 28-February 4,2012 - 13th Annual Yoga & Meditation Retreat/ Vacation
Join Brahmani Liebman and Jashoda Edmunds for either or both of these retreats combining yoga and meditation integrated with Buddhist teachings in the beautiful natural setting of Mexico’s Pacific coast.
These two intimate retreats are located on the remote beach of Playa Blanca, near Zihuatanejo. Both retreats are an invitation to dive into the practices of passive and active yoga, meditation, pranayama , deep reflection and psycho-spiritual inquiry. In this beautiful natural environment.
In addition, to the two daily practice sessions, the retreat vacation will include optional activities: A Mexican cooking class, an eco excursion and a shopping trip into Zihuatanejo. The nearby fishing community of Barra de Potosi offers an authentic portrayal of village life of coastal Mexico.
All Levels Welcome for both retreats.

They are the creators and directors of the JOURNEY INTO YOGA Yoga Teacher Training: A Kripalu Affiliate Training (Registered Yoga Alliance School).
