|
Susan has been teaching yoga and meditation since 1979 and is certified by Yoga Alliance. She is also a certified Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist. Susan specializes in customizing her students' yoga experience and can work with special physical conditions and limitations. She is also a licensed psychotherapist, so Susan is an expert in how to utilize one's Yoga practice for stress management. Her classes are fun and stress-relieving!
