Teacher Profiles
Susan Marshall Susan has been teaching yoga and meditation since 1979 and is certified by Yoga Alliance. She is also a certified Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist. Susan specializes in customizing her students' yoga experience and can work with special physical conditions and limitations. She is also a licensed psychotherapist, so Susan is an expert in how to utilize one's Yoga practice for stress management. Her classes are fun and stress-relieving!

Monday 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm Yoga for Bliss -- Hatha Yoga
  This Hatha Yoga class emphasizes self-paced asanas, how to combine pranayama with asanas to enhance your yoga experience, and utilizing asanas as a moving meditation. Each class ends with a relaxing meditation. Class is multi-level and customized for students' unique needs. Beginners are welcome.
Classes are fun and blissful!
 
Wednesday 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm Yoga for Bliss -- Hatha Yoga
  This Hatha Yoga class emphasizes self-paced asanas, how to combine pranayama with asanas to enhance your yoga experience, and utilizing asanas as a moving meditation. Each class ends with a relaxing meditation. Class is multi-level and customized for students' unique needs. Beginners are welcome.

Saturday 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm Yoga for Bliss -- Kundalini Yoga
  This Kundalini Yoga class is a power yoga style which emphasizes self-paced asanas, how to combine pranayama with asanas to enhance your yoga experience, and utilizing asanas as a moving meditation. Classes are self-paced and multi-level, customized to each students' unique needs. Beginners are welcome. Each class ends with a relaxing meditation. Classes are fun, energetic and blissful!
