Our fully equipped facilities and highly trained instructors provide a friendly, noncompetitive environment for the study of yoga. At Omine Yoga you will receive the support of teachers who care about your progress and your personal reasons for practicing yoga. We teach Hatha Yoga in the tradition of B.K.S. Iyengar where we use props to help us achieve the poses such as foam or wood blocks, belts, mats, chairs, bolsters, and so on. Our work is to benefit your body and mind in harmony.
