Sherman, CT is our director's, Lara Azzarito Ward's, home office with a private studio only. We travel to towns throughout CT & NY you to make our trainings the most convenient possible. Lara is a E-500 RYT with over 25 years teaching experience. She has been guiding yoga teachers as the director of Lotus Gardens Yoga School since 2000. Her style focuses on proper alignment and muscle engagement, before encouraging students into more physical aspects of flow and strength. Lara teaches publicly in Sherman, CT and corporate and private clients in the Danbury area.
