Yoga Moves offers a variety of yoga styles to fit your needs. We primarily teach hot yoga and Not Hot Yoga, Yin, Restorative, Kundalini, Meditation, Crystal Bowls. The different styles are explained in more detail on the schedule/rates page. We also offer Teacher Trainings and Yoga Vacations. All of our teachers are certified with Yoga Alliance.

Our studio has a warm and welcoming community of students. All types of people, all ages, back grounds and levels of fitness, men and women, young and not so young, small and big, bendy and not bendy in a comfortable, non-judgmental environment to get into shape, heal old injuries or just take some time for themselves in their busy lives. It’s a friendly, supportive and fun place to not only get into shape but also to feel better mind, body and soul.

I began practicing hot yoga in January of 2001. From my very first hot yoga class I was practicing daily, loving the changes the yoga was making to my body, but even more so to my mind! I loved that 90 minutes of uninterrupted, focused time. I received my Bikram Yoga Teaching Certification in 2001. In 2004 I attended Jimmy Barkan’s level II teacher training for certification to teach Hot Vinyasa Yoga. In 2006 I attended Jimmy Barkan’s level III Advanced Teacher training. In addition I have attended workshops with Patricia Walden, Doug Swenson, and Baron Baptiste. Recently I have been studying with David Magone and his Pranavayu Yoga style. David has recently been named one of the top 25 yoga teachers in the country. I am a registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance at the RYT200 and E-RYT500 levels with over 5,000 teaching hours. My classes incorporate a mix of postures and knowledge from my various teachers as well as my own practice. I believe yoga is for every body and I assist my students in finding their own practice and letting the inner joy and power within them grow. It’s an honor and a thrill to share this yoga with others and to see them learn and grow in their yoga practice and in their lives.

Sunday 9:00 am - 10:15 am Yoga Moves - Hot Flow
  A challenging series of postures designed for the whole body. This slow flow class balances strength, flexibility, focus and alignment. This class is in a heated room.
  5:30 pm - 6:30 pm Hot Yoga
  A challenging series of postures designed for the whole body. This slow flow class balances strength, flexibility, focus and alignment. This class is in a heated room.
 
Monday 9:00 am - 10:15 am Hot Flow with Guided Meditation
  PranaVayu Yoga is an American school of vinyasa yoga, founded by David Magone in 2001. PranaVayu Yoga blends specialized vinyasa sequencing, a unique system of skeletal alignment principles, guided meditative practices. For all levels. Practiced in a heated room.
  4:00 pm - 5:15 pm Yin/Yang
  This class is for EVERYONE! Cool and hot yogis alike! Yin Yoga is a complementary yoga practice to the more dynamic and invigorating yoga styles. In Yin Yoga, floor postures are held passively for several minutes to gently open hips, spine and shoulders. We follow up with heating up the room and your body with some YM Hot Flow yoga. This a wonderfully balanced class! Particularly great for those who are extra stiff, new to yoga, or are looking for a more balanced practice from the Hot Flow.
  6:00 pm - 7:15 pm Hot Yoga
  A vigorous series of postures that challenges the whole body, balancing strength, flexibility and healing.
  7:30 pm - 8:45 pm Flow and Restore
  A challenging series of postures designed for the whole body and all levels of experience. This slow flow class balances strength, flexibility, focus and alignment. Class will end with a series of postures to restore your body to a deep sense of relaxation. This class is in a 78 degree room.
 
Tuesday 6:00 am - 7:00 am Hot Yoga
  A challenging series of postures designed for the whole body. This slow flow class balances strength, flexibility, focus and alignment. This class is in a heated room.
  9:00 am - 10:15 am Yoga Moves Flow (No Heat)
  A vigorous series of postures that challenges the whole body, balancing strength, flexibility and healing.
  4:00 pm - 5:15 pm Hot Yoga
  This challenging series of postures is designed for the whole body. This slow flow class balances strength, flexibility, focus and alignment. Focusing on breath and core strength. Postures are taught in a way that makes this class great for all levels from beginners to advanced. This class is in a heated 95 degree room.
  6:00 pm - 7:15 pm Hot Yoga
  A vigorous series of postures that challenges the whole body, balancing strength, flexibility and healing.
  7:30 pm - 8:30 pm Beginner's
  A class just for beginners, even if you're not! You could be brand new to yoga or you haven't made it to your yoga mat for ages and want to begin again... These classes will be all about the basics - a great way to kick off your yoga practice. Yoga is for EVERY BODY - so join us and get to know what all the yoga buzz is about! Feel better, move better, be better than ever! These classes will be based on the class offerings here at Yoga Moves, but designed for starter yogis.
 
Wednesday 9:00 am - 10:15 am Yin/Yang

  A class just for beginners, even if you're not! You could be brand new to yoga or you haven't made it to your yoga mat for ages and want to begin again...   This class is designed for all levels of yoga students. Practiced in a regular temperature room we'll focus on building heat from within. Similar to Yoga Moves - Hot with out the hot room, with longer poses to build internal heat. Balancing strength and flexibility; cardio and resistance. This class is great for those who don't want the heat or those who Love the heat but want something a little different.

  A vigorous series of postures that challenges the whole body, balancing strength, flexibility and healing.
  7:30 pm - 8:45 pm Community Class
  $5 - Cash Only!
Slow flow vinyasa class. A great opportunity to practice yoga at a discount! This class is in a warm room.
