Highly influenced by The 8 limbs of yoga, the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, and the system of yoga taught by B.K.S. Iyengar. Come receive the attention and luxurious assists! All Levels Welcome!

Taught by the Director of Karuna, this is a class suitable for students of level 1 and 2. This class is often vigorous and challenging. The emphasis is on standing poses and foundational asana. Students learn inversions such as head-stand, handstand, and shoulderstand. Students also practice Urdhva Dhanurasana and other backbends, twists, forward bends, and balancing postures.
