Sunday 9:30 am - 11:00 am Yoga Level 1
  All levels welcome. Beginning level class. Foundational postures are main focus. Many standing postures included in sequences.
  5:45 pm - 6:45 pm Yoga for Mindfulness
  All Levels
 
Monday 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm Wise Yoga : 50 and Up
  A restorative class taught specifically for women and men that are 50 years old and older. The specific asanas are chosen for hormonal, spiritual, and physical benefits to the body at this phase of life
  5:30 pm - 7:00 pm Gentle Yoga with Assists
  Level 1 Yoga: Standing Poses and Restorative Postures. This class has 3 rotating Teachers and 2 assistant teachers who give hands-on adjustments and tons of individual attention. Highly influenced by The 8 limbs of yoga, the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, and the system of yoga taught by B.K.S. Iyengar. Come receive the attention and luxurious assists! All Levels Welcome!

Tuesday 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm Yoga Levels 1 & 2
  Taught by the Director of Karuna, this is a class suitable for students of level 1 and 2. This class is often vigorous and challenging. The emphasis is on standing poses and foundational asana. Students learn inversions such as head-stand, handstand, and shoulderstand. Students also practice Urdhva Dhanurasana and other backbends, twists, forward bends, and balancing postures.
  12:00 pm - 1:00 pm Yoga: All Levels
 
 
Wednesday 12:00 am - 1:00 am VInyasa/ Flow
  All Levels welcome. Faster paced, linking breath and posture.
  5:30 pm - 7:00 pm Level 1 and Specific Needs
  This class is geared towards each individual student, finding modificaitons and postures for their individual therapeutic needs.
 
Thursday 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm Yoga Level 3 & 4
  This Class is for advanced students. Must be able to hold head stand and shoulderstand for up to 5 minutes. Have a strong practice of inversions such as Handstand, and have a strong understanding of the actions in the foundational asana.
  12:00 pm - 1:00 pm Yoga: All Levels
  All Levels Welcome, focus on Foundational Asana. Standing poses, inversions, Balancings, Twists, forward bends, backbends, and restorative postures included in each sequence.
 
Friday 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm Passive Postures for Peaceful Energy
  Relax, Restore, Renew, Refresh!
  5:30 pm - 7:30 pm Gentle Restorative and Immune Boosting
  All Levels Welcome, combat fatigue, stress, and sickness with these asana.
  9:00 pm - 10:30 pm Pranayama / Gentle Yoga
  Restorative Yoga and the Art and Science of Breathing. All levels welcome.
  12:00 pm - 1:00 pm VInyasa/ Flow
  Fast Paced. All levels welcome. Linking posture to breath.
 
Saturday 10:00 am - 12:00 pm Yoga Levels 1 & 2
  Focus on Foundational Asana. Vigorous and challenging. All Level 1 and 2 postures practiced. Students learn headstand and handstand. Students will also practice other inversions, standing postures, forward bends, twists, backbends, and restorative postures.
