At Sea Cliff YOGA you will find a welcoming space where you can quiet your mind and strengthen your body.
Sea Cliff Yoga classes are taught by Christina Newton, formerly of Yoga Zone. Classes are mainly a flow style of yoga with a lot of attention to proper form and attention to breath. Relaxation and Meditation at the end of class. Beginner and Intermediate Yoga classes.
Mats, blocks, blankets and straps are available. Bring your own mat (if you have one) to double up on the wooden floor.
First Class FREE.
