Iyengar Yoga is a highly refined approach to the practice of yoga. Its hallmarks are precise alignment, use of props as teaching tools and adjustment of poses for individual needs. We offer three levels of asana classes, monthly Restorative Yoga and Saturday workshops on special topics. Small classes allow for personal instruction. The studio is equipped with a hardwood floor and a full array of props including a yoga rope wall.
