The HeartLight Yoga™ Center offers yoga classes for everyone; yoga for the brand new beginner to advanced yoga for the seasoned practitioner. We also specialize in therapeutic yoga for chronic pain and disease, stress management, meditation, Reiki sessions, workshops, private one-on-one sessions, team therapy, and small or large group sessions all designed to help support specific health challenges. And, all of this is provided without previous requirements or commitments.
Judi Bar, director of HeartLight Yoga™ is also currently working at The Cleveland Clinic as a member of the executive team who developed Dr. Roizen’s Lifestyle 180 program under the direction of Medical Director, Dr. Ricanati.
