from over 30 years personal yoga practice,
and draws the best from various yoga schools
and yogis, including Iyengar, Bikram, Astanga, Ananda, Sri Dadaji (Amiya Roy Chowdhury), and Tai Chi Master Professor Wen Chi Huang. I teach Raja (Astanga) Yoga, based on the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.

Group Yoga Lessons - All classes mixed level, 90 minutes, open to all, in a beautiful, creative space.
Small, intimate, friendly classes, in the 8 - limbed path of Astanga (Raja) Yoga, as written by the Sage Patanjali in 200 BC, in the Yoga Sutras, along with other gems of wisdom, beauty, love, and light. Safety and steady progress in yoga will be our goals for every class. Meditation, Centering, Pranayama, Asanas (including Vinyasa Flow), Bandhas, and helping each other will always be important.
