Sunday 9:00 am - 10:15 am Yoga-Sutra Mix
  This class is designed for students of all levels, and is a peaceful, yet rejuvenating way to begin your Sunday morning. Lauren received her 500-hour certification from Master Teacher Ranjitha Sandeep, and has designed her class based on the foundation given to her by Ranjitha.
 
Monday 8:15 am - 9:15 am Cardio Yoga
  Mix postures with planks, cobra with crunches, bow pose with burpees, and more, in this kick-butt yoga class.
  9:30 am - 10:45 am Iyengar
  Slower movements that are held with emphasis on exploring the subtleties of each position. Props such as belts, chairs, and blankets are used to help bodies feel more comfortable in a pose. Meditation and relaxation segment included.
  6:30 pm - 7:40 pm Yogilates
  A unique, diverse workout combining the best of Pilates and Yoga to improve strength, balance, and flexibility. All levels are welcome.
  8:00 pm - 9:00 pm Open Yoga
  Basic Hatha yoga postures, breathing fundamentals and relaxation; open to all levels, although participants usually have some prior experience.
 
Tuesday 9:15 am - 10:15 am Yogilates
  A unique, diverse workout combining the best of Pilates and Yoga to improve strength, balance, and flexibility. All levels are welcome.
  5:30 pm - 6:30 pm Open Yoga
  Basic Hatha yoga postures, breathing fundamentals and relaxation; open to all levels, although participants usually have some prior experience.
  6:45 pm - 7:45 pm Yoga for Athletes
  Designed for active athletes to stay in shape by strengthening and stretching. This class will help you gain strength and help to protect against injuries.
 
Wednesday 6:00 am - 7:00 am Open Yoga
  Basic Hatha yoga postures, breathing fundamentals and relaxation; open to all levels, although participants usually have some prior experience.
  8:30 am - 9:30 am Cardio Yoga
  Mix postures with planks, cobra with crunches, bow pose with burpees, and more, in this kick-butt yoga class.
  6:30 pm - 7:40 pm Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Series
  This challenging yoga class is for experienced yoga students. Participants will learn to use the method of vinyasa through the meditative state of mind with flow of postures.
 
Thursday 9:00 am - 10:15 am Iyengar

  10:15 am - 11:15 am Open Yoga

  A variety of Hatha yoga postures with modifications made according to students' flexibility. Relaxation and meditation included.
 
Friday 9:00 am - 10:00 am Yogilates
  A unique, diverse workout combining the best of Pilates and Yoga to improve strength, balance, and flexibility. All levels are welcome.
  10:05 am - 11:05 am Open Yoga
  Basic Hatha yoga postures, breathing fundamentals and relaxation; open to all levels, although participants usually have some prior experience.
 
Saturday 8:30 am - 9:40 am Vinyasa Yoga
  A variety of Hatha yoga postures with modifications made according to students' flexibility. Relaxation and meditation included.
  9:45 am - 10:45 am Ashtanga Yoga
  A challenging yoga class involving more rigorous flow of movement and strength postures. For the experienced Yoga student.
