Ally teaches the Iyengar style of yoga at her dedicated yoga centre in High Wycombe. The centre has three large, light and airy, fully equipped studios. The centre offers a comprehensive range of classes to suit all levels of ability plus some specialist classes.There are also weekend workshops and yoga holidays in Portugal and Turkey available.
